CO-DEVELOPMENT
We offer our long-standing expertise in the control of electromagnetic vibratory feeders to customers, supporting them during the development phase with technical and engineering consultancy. We also assist with feasibility tests to identify the most effective control solution for each application.
SPARE PARTS
Digisystem does not apply planned obsolescence: as long as components remain available, we continue to supply spare parts and support for our drives. When necessary, we also produce single-units to allow customers to keep their vibratory systems running as long as possible. When component availability no longer allows the production of the drive, we support the customer in transitioning to the most up-to-date solution.
AFTERSALES SUPPORT
Our technical department provides remote support for parameter setting and for initial troubleshooting in case of operational issues.
Our design choices – PTH components and socket-mounted integrated circuits – are intended to make the drives easily repairable over time. This allows our Repair Service to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce electronic waste (WEEE).
