We repair our products shortly and under warranty within two years of delivery (if the failure was not caused by external events); if out of warranty, repair is performed if the damage does not exceed 50% of the value of the equipment.

Model: APxxxxxx and production lot (see label or manual), characteristics of load (linear or circular, power or current), effective mains voltage, remote controls used and Led status.
