Digisystem designs and manufactures power supplies for vibratory feeders since 1985 (linear vibrators, circular vibrators, bases vibrating, vibrating feeders, vibrating channels, auxiliary loaders, vibrating guides, vibratory hoppers) and has among its customers the most important manufacturers of packaging machines in the pharmaceutical, food, automation, etc.
Variable frequency vibrator controllers, unlike voltage regulators at triac, greatly simplify vibration system adjustments enabling the vibrator (coil, springs, container) to resonate at his natural frequency regardless of the electric network frequency at 50 or 60 Hz; these calibrations can be made with the machine running and without mechanical changes to the vibrating system.
They allow to quickly compensate any alterations to the mechanical parts and power mains by improving the performance of the system with energy savings of over 50% (inverter technology) and using a lower voltage to drive the load (hence with less coil heating).
Our drives can also be controlled by PLC, PC or other control logic via Modbus RS485 serial communication; this simplifies not only the management of sart/stop , amplitude and frequency of the output voltage, but also all other parameters that can be set: delays and up/down ramps, load compensation parameters, current limit, frequency, voltage limits, management of an accelerometric sensor (vibration amplitude feedback). You can also perform automatic resonance frequency search.
Installation is fast thanks to two MA6 fixing screws or DIN rail supports and some different connection options.
